Salvation is a life-long journey and so is following Jesus. God has been actively at work in your life drawing
you to Himself (we call this Prevenient grace). Your journey begins with the decision to receive Jesus into your life.

1. Admitting you have wronged God (this is what we call sin) and commit to changing your
ways (this is what we call repentance). The Bible says, 23 for all have sinned and fall short
of the glory of God, (Romans 3:23)
2. Believing in Jesus Christ as God's Son and risen Savior. The Bible says, 9 If you declare
with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead,
you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)
3. Confessing Him as Lord and Savior. The Bible says, 10 For it is with your heart that you
believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
(Romans 10:10)
